Refund policy

At THRIFTS4CULTURE, we specialise in pre-owned streetwear, vintage clothing and luxury pieces. Since most of our products are unique, limited or one-of-one items, we follow a carefully defined return and refund policy.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through THRIFTS4CULTURE are considered final sale, unless the item received is incorrect, materially different from its listing, or has a major undisclosed defect.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, styling preferences or failure to check the measurements provided on the product page.

Pre-Owned & Vintage Items

Our products are pre-owned and/or vintage unless specifically mentioned otherwise.

Minor signs of previous use may be present, including:

  • Fading
  • Minor marks
  • Distressing
  • Print cracking
  • Fabric wear
  • Discolouration
  • Minor stitching imperfections
  • Natural ageing
  • Other characteristics associated with vintage or pre-owned garments

Such characteristics are not considered defects when they are visible in the product photographs or mentioned in the product description.

We make reasonable efforts to disclose significant flaws before an item is purchased.

Measurements & Sizing

Vintage and pre-owned garments may have sizing that differs from modern sizing standards.

Customers are strongly advised to check the measurements provided on the product page before placing an order.

THRIFTS4CULTURE does not accept returns or exchanges because an item does not fit when the correct product and measurements were provided.

Eligible Returns

A return may be considered only when:

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The item received is materially different from the item shown/listed.
  • The item has a major defect that was not disclosed before purchase.
  • The item was damaged before or during delivery.

Any issue must be reported immediately once the product is received by the customer.

Reporting an Issue

Please contact us at thrifts4culture@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Unboxing video, if available

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package. This may be required to help us investigate claims relating to missing, damaged or incorrect items.

Please do not return an item without receiving approval from THRIFTS4CULTURE first.

Return Conditions

If a return is approved, the item must be returned:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • In the same condition in which it was delivered
  • With any tags/accessories originally provided

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged or otherwise changed after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment gateway and banking processing times.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable where applicable.

THRIFTS4CULTURE reserves the right to reject a return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
