Shipping policy

THRIFTS4CULTURE currently ships orders across India.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days after successful payment confirmation.

Working days do not include Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Mumbai: 1–3 working days
Rest of India: 3–7 working days

These are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may take longer due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, operational issues, remote locations or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their phone number, email address and delivery address are correct.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

THRIFTS4CULTURE is not responsible for failed delivery, delays or returned shipments caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Delayed Shipments

If your order appears to be delayed, please contact us with your order number.

We will coordinate with the relevant courier partner to assist with the issue.

However, once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is partly dependent on the courier provider and therefore THRIFTS4CULTURE cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with when delivered, please:

  1. Photograph the package before opening.
  2. Record an unboxing video.
  3. Contact us immediately after you receive the product.

The photographs and unboxing video may be required to investigate a shipping-related claim.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within India.
